GROUP EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Dato’ Ahmad Khalid Bin Mohamad Nor

Dato' Ahmad Khalid Bin Mohamad Nor is the Group Executive Chairman of TB Marine Shipyard, with over 30 years of leadership experience. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Hons) from Open University Malaysia. His career began in 1991 at UMW Equipment Sdn. Bhd., and he has since worked across sectors like education, hospitality, and oil and gas. In 2012, he became Chief Marketing Officer at Motobina Group, where he led strategic business plans and international partnerships, including a key joint venture in 2016. His leadership continues to drive TB Marine Shipyard's growth in the marine industry.

Dato’ Sri Captain Mohd Hariff Bin Abdul Hamid

Dato’ Sri Captain Mohd Hariff Bin Abdul Hamid is the Executive Chairman of TB Marine Shipyard Sdn Bhd, with over 27 years of expertise in maritime and oil & gas industries. He holds the Master Class 1 Certificate of Competency from AMSA, Australia, a Diploma of Applied Science (Shipmaster), and the Malaysian Certificate of Education (MCE). Dato’ Sri Captain Mohd Hariff has held senior roles at KIC Oil & Gas, Malaysian Shipyard and Engineering, Bintulu Port, and other notable organizations. His leadership in tanker operations and large-scale projects has made him a respected figure in the maritime sector. He continues to drive TB Marine Shipyard’s success with a focus on operational excellence, safety, and innovation.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Azmy Faeez Bin Jasman

Azmy Faeez Bin Jasman is the CEO of TB Marine Shipyard, known for his expertise in safety management, welding inspection, and project execution in the maritime and oil and gas industries. Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, his strong communication skills drive collaboration and results in complex operational environments. With over 20 years of experience, Faeez leads the company with a focus on safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction, ensuring the achievement of TB Marine Shipyard's strategic goals and sustained growth in the competitive maritime sector.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Terence Walter Lyen

Terence is the CFO of TB Marine Shipyard, with a diverse background in financial management across logistics, oil and gas, telecommunications, and startups. He began his career at Ernst & Young as an Auditor and later worked in finance and risk assessment in Singapore. In 2000, he secured USD 1.5 million for Reuters Plc’s agricultural portal development. Returning to Malaysia in 2004, he contributed to a RM1.4 billion oil terminal project. In 2018, he became CFO in Jakarta's telecommunications sector. With his extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and project execution, Terence is set to drive financial improvements, cost optimization, and operational efficiency at TB Marine Shipyard.

We are capable of undertaking multiple project such as contraction ships, repairs & services.The shipyards process load out facility comprising an efficient (UP TO 17000tons) capacity syncrolift shiplift system and also we service for fishing boats. We are offering on site 200MT tons bollard pole testing facility
